Storms Don’t Last Forever

PHOTO OF THE MONTH by ANJLI CHAUJAR
Dear friends,
I know these are scary times. But as an artist who has been turning to her writing, instead of the media, I am optimistic that the world will sort itself out and find solutions soon, and in the meantime I believe we are all growing closer emotionally, if not literally, as we go through this pandemic together.
I am writing today with the hope that by Saturday, April 4th, the necessity for social distancing will be on it’s way out and you will be as eager as I am for an afternoon of live music! If that turns out to be the case (fingers AND toes crossed) here are the details:
WHEN: SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH 4-7PM (A MATINEE!)
WHERE: SAUCE ON THE DANFORTH (1376 DANFORTH AVENUE)
HOW MUCH: NO COVER, BUT TIP JAR PROVIDED (LARGE TIPS ENCOURAGED WINK WINK)
WHAT: THREE SETS OF ORIGINAL MUSIC WITH A FEW COVERS THROWN IN FOR GOOD MEASURE
WHY: BECAUSE WE LOVE LIVE MUSIC!
And remember- we will get through this crisis, as humanity has always done in the past. Storms don’t last forever. In the meantime, please take care of yourself, and others. And I hope we get to see each other on Saturday, April 4th!
Hugs and mushy stuff,
Melanie xo
